I go to sleep, and then wake up the following morning afternoon to find Aya losing by a painful margin of over 100 votes. This is quite the sad dilemma given how I’m particularly attached to this tengu, so go vote for her. There’s still roughly 4 hours left, so 30 or so people voting for her every hour should do it.

While I haven’t been playing PoFV all that often or long enough, I’ve always thought of Aya as a kickass, awesome character that deserves more than looking on the sidelines. Apparently ZUN’s thought of that too, for while I don’t know what he was thinking of when he made Touhou fans everywhere run through impossible bullet patterns with Aya armed only with a camera, it certainly helped me like her all the more.

Aya as a doujin character’s often expanded on in predictable, yet pleasant ways. While there’s the tendency to elaborate on her amoral reporter side who’s got a penchant for risqu� photographs and outrageous articles, she’s mostly a creature of confidence and speed, which probably comes from her fast charge and movement speeds in PoFV/StB.

Losing to Yukari isn’t an option, even if it’s a pleasant one. Vote Aya!
